18-Year-Old Woman Stuffed Into Unmarked Van By New York City Police at Protest

The arrest of an 18-year-old in Manhattan who was seen on video being pulled off the street and forced into an unmarked SUV by police at a protest has sparked outrage. Nikki Stone was arrested by plain clothes officers in an unmarked minivan. As she skateboarded by, several officers picked her up and pushed her into the van as NYPD cops on bicycles prevented other protesters from getting close. The incident has reminded some of interactions between protesters and federal agents in Portland.
