2 Newborn Barbary Lion Cubs Lounge at Czech Zoo

Experts estimate there are less than 100 Barbary lion cubs at zoos around the world. So it is welcome news that a mother lion just gave birth to two new ones at Safari Park Dvur Kralove in Czech Republic. They have been weighed, chipped and dewormed, according to local zoologists, appearing to be in good health and as cute as can be. All the brother and sister have to spend their days worrying about now, is getting familiar with their new surroundings. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer explains.
