Arrest Made in Kidnapping of American Man in Philippines

Three suspects have been arrested in connection with the kidnapping of an American man in the Philippines. Elliot Eastman, 26, of Vermont married a woman whom he met in the country. He posted about his life in a coastal town on YouTube and other social media channels. Police believe Eastman, who was shot in the leg, is still alive.
