35,000 Teddy Bears Are Tossed Onto Pennsylvania Hockey Rink for a Good Cause

Thousands of stuffed animals launched onto the ice during a hockey game in Pennsylvania Tuesday night, breaking a world record. It rained teddy bears as the Hershey Bears, a minor league team, took on the Binghamton Devils. Fans were encouraged to bring stuffed animals and throw them after the Bears scored their first goal. Known as the teddy bear toss, it's a holiday season tradition at ice hockey games across the country. Fans broke a world record that night, throwing down 34,798 teddy bears.
