4 Children Dead in Hatchet Attack at Daycare Center in Brazil: Report

Four children are dead and five others were injured after officials say a man armed with a hatchet scaled a wall at a daycare center in Brazil and attacked them. It happened in the city of Blumenau in the state of Santa Caterina. The governor says the suspected attacker has been arrested, and according to reports, he is a 25-year-old man.
