One screeching woman has a long history of arrests. Charges range from drunk and disorderly conduct to assaulting police officers. Lauren Mullins' outlandish behavior has earned her the title "Screaming Banshee." With each arrest caught on police body cam came more screaming. However, her string of arrests took a tragic turn after police said she drunkenly killed an elderly Boston man who was riding on his moped. The niece of 73-year-old Daniel O'Neil spoke with Inside Edition.
