4th Deadly Shooting in Tampa Could be Work of Serial Killer: Cops

A fourth killing in a Tampa, Florida neighborhood has police intensifying their search for a possible serial killer. Cops say 60-year-old Ronald Felton was walking to church on Sunday in Seminole Heights when someone shot him from behind.
