Seventy-five years after he jumped out of plane on D-Day, a 97-year-old veteran paratrooper repeated the feat in the same area of northern France. In June 1944, Tom Rice was serving with the 101st Airborne Division. Rice was part of the massive D-Day invasion that put Allied troops on the ground in Normandy. He called that jump the worst one he ever had. This time around, he was in a tandem parachute with a younger jumper.
