Arizona Man Drowns After Trying to Retrieve Basketball From Lake

A Mesa, Arizona, man playing pick-up basketball drowned after trying to retrieve a basketball from the nearby lake. Mesa police told KPHO that Bradley Perry got into the water at Dobson Ranch Park and made it about halfway across. That’s where witnesses last saw him. Police warn that with summer ahead, people should be extra cautious when entering bodies of water. Inside Edition Digital has more.
