Dad Arrested for Piercing Son’s Ear

An Arkansas father was arrested for piercing his son's ear. Cops say it started when Jeremy Sherland's son allegedly told classmates his dad put him in a chokehold and performed the ear piercing while drunk. When police officers went to the house to conduct a welfare check, Sherland allegedly refused to answer questions. Police later returned to the property to arrest Sherland for "unlawful body piercing."
