At Least 11 Dead, 10 Trapped in Coal Mines After Explosion

At least 11 coal miners are dead in Colombia after an explosion. Reports say at least 10 more miners are trapped below ground. Some were lucky enough to get out while they could. Reports say the explosion was the result of a gas accumulation from the six adjoining mines. While accidents are commonplace in illegal mines throughout the country, the government reportedly said this mine was authorized to operate. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
