Babies Crawl Across Finish Line in New York's 2018 Diaper Derby

Thirty toddlers competed in the 2018 New York City Diaper Derby as loved ones did whatever they could to get them to the finish line. The winner, 15-month-old Ted Bradley, had a rough start, falling at the start, but he crawled his way to the top spot. His mom says when it comes to crawling, you either have talent or you don't.
