Battle Is on To Keep Menendez Brothers From Being Released

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon asked a judge to review the Menendez brothers' case and overturn their life sentences. But he admits there's a fight in his own office over his request. Gascon admitted to reporters that it's "very possible that there will be members of my office opposing the resentencing." Milton Anderson, brother to Kitty Menendez, wants the brothers to remain in prison, noting, "They did the crime, they should do the time."
