Beauty Therapy Course Gives Prison Inmates Skills for a Better Future

One woman is giving inmates a chance to have a different life than they did before they went to prison. Elsa Lumsden has run the Beauty Therapy course at Central California Women's Facility for 13 years. She tells Barcroft TV that by the time the women finish her course, they are eligible to take a state exam to be licensed in cosmetology. The women say they are grateful for the opportunity.
