Benefit Concert Planned for Bar Manager of 98 Degrees Star Nick Lachey

Cops in Cincinnati say they found the man who shot the manager of a bar owned by Nick and Drew Lachey. Police say 36-year-old Lavoris Hightower turned himself in after he was indicted for attempted murder, felonious assault and other charges in connection with the Thanksgiving morning shooting of Ellie Richardson.
