Joseph Bagley’s job as the city archaeologist of Boston, Massachusetts takes him to some interesting places, including centuries-old outhouses. Those old privies can tell researchers a lot about the people who used them. “The trash that people throw out into them, represents an unedited history. It's the stuff that people nobody thought would come and dig up in 100, 200, 300 years,” Bagley told Inside Edition Digital.
