Former Gate Agents Speak Out After Losing Cool at Passengers

Two former Spirit Airlines gate attendants speaking out after losing their cool with passengers. Sara Jane Barrow and Razia Singh recount what occurred that day at Burbank Airport. The women say they were trying to deal simultaneously with some 300 passengers from delayed flights. They say some of the fliers had been waiting eight hours in the terminal. At first, Barrow says all her public address announcements were professional and polite but then she lost it.
