‘Free’ Luxury Cars Offered to Mansion Buyers

A new mansion tax in Los Angeles, California, is causing panic among realtors. Realtor Tatiana Derovanessian was hoping offering a luxury vehicle would help her sell a property before the tax went into effect. Unfortunately for the buyer, that luxury car no longer comes with the deal now that the mansion tax is in place. With the new law, the seller of a mansion could pay almost $ 1 million in taxes, depending on the selling price.
