Smash-and-Grab Thieves Steal Nearly $1M Worth of Jewelry

Three robbers, armed with sledgehammers, shattered glass cases at a California jewelry store in broad daylight. Two terrified female customers dropped to the ground during the violent smash-and-grab. The bandits shoveled heaps of jewelry worth nearly $1 million into trash cans before running off to their getaway car.
