Commuter Saves Child From Train Tracks With Seconds to Spare

A child was pulled from the tracks mere seconds before a train sped through a station. CCTV footage shows a child slow down and come to a stop on the platform. They get on their knees and crawl backward, slipping onto the train tracks below. One man took a leap down to where the child was dangerously close to the rails. He lifts the child up and places him near the adult the child traveled with. Only 13 seconds after the two were off of the tracks, a Grand Central Rail train sped by.
