Police Recruit Gets Engaged at Her Graduation

It's a big day for Stephanie Martinez as she graduates from the Police Academy in Cleveland, Ohio. That's when her boyfriend, Cleveland Police Detective Christopher Porter, sneaks behind her, gets on one knee and proposes. She says, "I heard everyone gasping and that's when I turned and saw Chris." Onstage, Martinez looked surprised, excited and overjoyed as her family cheered her on from the audience.
