    Climber's Ax Couldn't Stop His Deadly 700 Foot Fall From Mount Hood

    A climbing expedition turned tragic. A climber slid 700 feet down Mount Hood in Oregon. He was able to use his ax to slow his fall for about 100 feet, but rescuers say he lost his hold and fell another 500-600 feet. A Blackhawk helicopter airlifted the climber, but he was declared dead at the hospital. A crew of at least 40 worked to rescue three other climbers. InsideEdition.com's Lisa Voyticki has more.
