The British Coastguard released footage of a dramatic rescue after two men became stranded in icy seas. A brave rescuer reached the two men as bone-chilling, 6-foot waves threatened to derail the effort off the Devon coast in England. As the men clung to rocks in a bid to stay alive, members of Her Majesty's Coastguard used a helicopter because rough seas made it impossible for a lifeboat to reach them.
