Cop Uses Kid's Bike to Chase Down Suspect on Scooter

A clever police officer had a great idea while in hot pursuit ofa man who allegedly stole a scooter. The suspected scooter thief was seen on Ring doorbell video zipping down the street. The quick thinking officer, Jacob Tarr, jumped onto a child's bike and went pedaling after the suspect in Lone Tree, Colorado. "I knew I wanted to catch this guy, hold him accountable for his actions," says Tarr.
