A New Hampshire officer went beyond the call of duty to save a 4-month-old baby's life. Sloan St. James of Massachusetts was diagnosed with biliary atresia, a life-threatening condition, where her liver was failing. Her mom posted a plea for a living donor on Facebook, and Lt.
