Cop Drags Woman From Burning Car After it Flipped and Crashed in Field

When a police officer came upon an overturned car on fire he knew he had to act quickly. Officer Pheng Ly's body camera captured the whole scary encounter in Davis, California. Bystanders informed him that a woman was trapped inside. When he sees the woman, he calls for her to get out. Officer Ly said he could feel the heat on his face from the fire, that was spreading quickly through the car and the dry grass in the field. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
