June 12, 2020
Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot is furious after police were caught on video camped out in the office of a congressman while the city’s south side was ransacked by looters. Thirteen police officers were seen helping themselves to U.S. Representative Bobby Rush’s snacks, lounging with their feet up and even napping in the office for up to five hours. In Miami, a police car was attacked by protesters who smashed the windshield with skateboards.
