Couple Sues Fertility Clinic They Blame for Destroying Embryos: 'It's Absurd'

Amber and Elliot Ash of Ohio desperately want a second child, and planned to use IVF treatment after Elliot battled cancer. But they've now learned the embryos they stored were destroyed in a freezer failure at University Hospitals Fertility Clinic in Cleveland, which is to blame for hundreds of potentially ruined eggs and embryos.
