Did SUV With 6 Adopted Kids Inside Crash in Deliberate Act?

The poignant photo melted hearts around the world. A sobbing child hugged a police officer in the aftermath of the Ferguson disturbances in 2014. Now, that child, 15-year-old Devonte Hart, and the rest of his family, 8 people in all, are presumed dead. The SUV they were travelling in was found at the foot of a cliff overlooking the Pacific in northern California. The bodies of 5 family members were found. Devonte and two of his sisters remain missing, presumed washed away in the surf.
