Diddy's Lawyers Accuse Feds of Leaking Assault Video

The mother of Sean "Diddy" Combs arrived at court to show support for her son who's seeking release on bail. Diddy's lawyers are also making a bombshell allegation. They say the video of him beating ex-girlfriend Cassie was leaked by the Department of Homeland Security. His legal team wants the tape barred from his trial. They are also accusing Homeland Security of alerting reporters in advance about the two raids on Diddy's homes for the purpose of "tainting the jury pool."
