Dog Whisperer Cesar Millan on Major Biden’s Biting Issues
March 31, 2021
President Joe Biden’s German Shepherd Major is back in the dog house after being involved in a second biting incident at the White House. It happened during a walk on the White House south lawn. He went after a national park service employee. “Major is still adjusting to his new surroundings and he nipped someone while on a walk,” the first lady’s spokesperson said. The nip came three weeks after the 3-year-old rescue dog bit a Secret Service agent.
