Donald Trump Misses Deadline to Testify in Civil Rape Trial

Closing arguments are underway at the New York City civil rape trial against Donald Trump.  E. Jean Carroll accuses Trump of raping her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room, nearly 30 years ago. Trump has denied the allegations. Trump told reporters in Ireland that he was flying back to New York to testify in the trial. The judge gave Trump until 5 p.m. Sunday to say he would testify. As Steven Fabian reports, the deadline passed with no word from the former president.
