    Dozens Are Dead After a Fuel Truck Explodes in Haiti

    An explosion late Monday night has killed dozens of people in Cap, Haitien, Haiti’s second largest city. Investigators think it happened when a fuel truck driver swerved to avoid a motorcycle taxi and lost control of the truck, causing it to flip over. Prime Minister Ariel Henry tweeted he will hold three days of national mourning in honor of the victims. Inside Edition Digital’s Stephanie Officer has the details.
