Drew Barrymore Cries as She’s Surprised by Her Old Friend Steven Spielberg

Drew Barrymore got a touching surprise while taping her birthday episode of “The Drew Barrymore Show.” Her old friend, the legendary director Steven Spielberg paid her a visit. The two have known each other for four decades -- ever since he directed Drew in the 1982 blockbuster “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial.” Fighting back tears, Drew told Steven, “I will always be grateful, because here’s no way I would be sitting here without you.”
