Driver Going 100 MPH Calls 911 After Gas Pedal Gets Stuck

Police in Florida took dramatic action to stop an SUV after the driver called 911 to report that his gas pedal was stuck. Dispatchers offered solutions, like hitting the brakes, but driver Joseph Cooper feared that would put him in danger. Police later posted ahead of Cooper's location on I-95 and waited for a cue to throw stop sticks in front of his black SUV.
