Tractor Intentionally Crashes Into Key West Police Cruiser: Cops

A tractor crashes into a Key West police car and it's all caught on video. As the driver is being handcuffed and arrested, you can hear him on the officer’s body camera apologizing. “I’m sorry,” the suspect, Ethan Layne, 22, says, before adding, “I hate society.” Investigators say Layne allegedly stole the tractor and damaged a college building and cars before crashing into the officer.
