When Kim Kardashian wore Marilyn Monroe’s famous ‘JFK birthday’ dress to the Met Gala, she was given a unique gift: what was purported to be a lock of Monroe’s hair. But Scott Fortner, a collector of Marilyn Monroe artifacts, says the hair is counterfeit. Ripley’s Believe It or Not, who gave Kardashian the hair, says it’s the real deal.
