Family Members Search for Loved Ones After Boat Capsizes in The Congo

Authorities, volunteers, and loved ones are desperately combing waters in the eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, which borders Rwanda in Africa. That is where a boat carrying about 100 people capsized and sank. Alexis Simba, husband and father of victims, told the Associated Press, "Here I am in pain and I have a great sadness because it is not easy to lose a wife, and I had nine children.
