Payton Gendron was reportedly so terrified of catching COVID-19, he wore protective gear during the Buffalo supermarket massacre. The teenager’s family now appears to be building a “Covid Defense” for him, claiming he became paranoid and isolated during the lockdown. “He got into some nasty stuff. He’s smart enough to get into dangerous stuff online, which maybe the average person wouldn't know how to get into,” a family member told the New York Post.
