Family of Quawan Charles Says Amber Alert Should Have Been Issued for Him

A family wants answers after a teen turned up dead. Quawan "Bobby" Charles, 15, was reported missing after leaving his father’s home in Louisiana on October 30th. His body was found days later in a sugar cane field 20 miles away. Quawan’s cousin says the family doesn’t think the police took his disappearance seriously because no AMBER Alert was sent out. Baldwin police say they couldn’t issue one because there was no evidence he was kidnapped. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
