First Responders in the Terrifying 1st Moments of the Surfside Condo Collapse

It’s the first terrifying moments after the collapse of the 12-story condo in Surfside, Florida, in which 98 people died. Bodycam video obtained by the Miami Herald shows stunned first responders looking for survivors. In the lobby of the building, dazed and confused residents are streaming down from the upper floors. The officer warns them to hurry out. “The building collapsed. I need you guys out of here because the rest might fall,” he urges.
