A Florida 13-year-old who allegedly shot at law enforcement is now facing attempted murder charges, police say. “He is a dangerous person. He is a dangerous young man. And even though he's 13, he committed an adult crime,” Lakeland Police Chief Sam Taylor said at a press conference.
