Jon Lantz rushed to rescue his neighbors, Teresa and Todd Depositar, after their condo was on fire. The smoke was too much for Todd. “That's when I fell over something and the smoke overwhelmed me and I collapsed on the carpet,” Todd told WINK News. John braved the conditions to get them out safely. “I looked up and saw John standing there and I just said, 'Thank you so much for coming in to help,” Teresa said.
