Former College Wrestler Accused of Fatally Shooting Gymnast Kara Welsh

Kara Welsh was shot dead in her apartment near the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. The accused killer was still there when cops got there and police say it was her own boyfriend, Chad Richards. Authorities say the shooting was triggered by an "altercation” but the motive is not known. When Richards appeared in court, the victim’s big sister struggled to contain her grief.
