FULL VIDEO: Man Admits to ‘Accidentally’ Shooting His Friend to Police
A man walks up to a police officer in Miamisburg, Ohio, to report that a woman he knew was dead. “I had an accident last night,” he tells the officer on body camera footage. He continues to say a gun he was showing her went off and shot her in the chest. The officer tells the man, identified as Brian Mason, to put his water bottle down and that he is being arrested. Mason was arrested and charged with murder. He pleaded not guilty. The charge has since been amended to reckless homicide based on evidence, according to the sheriff.
