Gilgo Beach Suspect Rex Heuermann Charged With 4th Murder

Gilgo Beach suspect Rex Heuermann is now accused of killing an escort who vanished in 2007. Maureen Brainard-Barnes' body was the first to be found buried at Gilgo Beach on Long Island in 2010, triggering a 13-year serial killer investigation. According to court documents, Heuermann was linked to the murder by DNA from a strand of hair found on a belt buckle used to restrain Brainard-Barnes. Prosecutors say that there may be more murder charges against Heuermann. He has pled not guilty.
