Hanoi Toddler Survives 12-Story Fall From Balcony in Vietnam

A witness captured a terrifying scene in Vietnam’s capital city of Hanoi. A toddler clung to the railing of a 12th floor balcony. The child, said to be a 3-year-old girl, held on for a while -- but then she fell. Miraculously, the little girl survived. According to local media, there was a guardian angel looking out for her -- a delivery driver who had spotted the child and managed to get in place beneath her.
