5 PIT Maneuvers Needed to Stop Driver, Cops Say

Will slow and steady win this race? Authorities say the driver wouldn’t pull over for them even after two of his tires were blown out by a spike strip. KCBS in Los Angeles kept an eye on action from the sky as this suspect led cops through the streets at a slower speed than the average car chase. Since taking out his tires didn’t work, CHP tried a PIT maneuver to get him to stop. The first one didn’t work, so they tried four more. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
