Taking an ice bath might be the only thing you’d want to do in the middle of the desert, but it can still be uncomfortable. However, it didn’t stop Marwan Adelaziz from submerging himself into a bucket. "The beginning is a bit scary: you want to get out, you can’t control your breathing. But now I am ok, totally fine," he told Reuters. The ancient Tibetan Buddhist practice is meant to shock the body’s system, in order to make it stronger.
