The man who allegedly rushed the stage Saturday night during Beyonce and Jay-Z's Atlanta concert while drunk has been arrested and identified. Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell, 26, has been charged with disorderly conduct and simple battery. It was a frightening moment for the duo during their “On the Run II” tour stop at Mercedes-Benz Stadium as the fan rushed the stage during the closing number, “Apes***.”
